BOB POLLINGER TAKES ON NEW ROLE AS PRESIDENT OF SAN DIEGO CHAPTER OF SOCIETY OF FINANCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONALS

Del Mar, CA—Bob Pollinger, President of Del Mar Financial Partners, Inc., has been named the 2011-2012 President of the Society of Financial Services Professionals (SFSP), San Diego Chapter. The San Diego SFSP chapter is the leading professional organization for San Diego area financial services professionals.

“I am excited to take on a new role as the President of the San Diego SFSP. Over the year ahead, we hope to continue the organization’s tradition of industry leadership in professional education of our members and the clients they serve,” said Pollinger.

The Society of Financial Services Professionals is a multidisciplinary network of credentialed financial professionals. The organization offers continuing education and networking opportunities to members, as well as an online “Find a Professional” directory to help connect consumers with qualified individuals who can provide assistance with financial planning, estate planning, insurance and more. Members reflect a diversity of financial practitioners, including fee-only financial planners, attorneys, accountants, asset managers, employee benefits specialists and life insurance agents.

The Society of Financial Service Professionals has almost 20,000 members in nearly 200 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and Singapore. Established in 1928 by the first graduates of The American College, its mission is to promote professionalism among its members through the high-quality continuing education and the maintenance of high ethical standards and conduct.
